Our Organisation
A dedicated space for financial learning in Singapore.
Silverpine was built on one idea — that financial literacy, taught well, changes how people navigate every stage of their lives.
Back to HomeOur Story
Founded on the belief that education is the most durable financial tool.
Silverpine was established in Singapore by a small group of educators and finance professionals who shared a concern: that too many working adults lacked a reliable foundation in the financial knowledge that shapes daily decisions.
The founding team had each spent time in different corners of the financial industry — banking, wealth management, and financial planning — and had seen firsthand how gaps in understanding led to poor decisions, missed opportunities, and unnecessary anxiety. What was missing was not information. Information is abundant. What was missing was structured, unhurried, context-appropriate education.
The result is Silverpine: a focused organisation offering a small number of well-constructed programmes for individuals in Singapore at different stages of their financial journey. We are not an advisory firm, a product distributor, or an online course platform. We are a classroom.
Mission
To equip individuals in Singapore with the financial understanding they need to make thoughtful, informed decisions — at every stage of life.
Values
Clarity over complexity. Respect for the participant's pace. Content grounded in practical relevance, not theoretical completeness.
Independence
We are not affiliated with any financial institution, product provider, or advisory service. Our only interest is in the quality of the education we deliver.
Our Team
The people behind the programmes.
A small, experienced team with backgrounds spanning financial services, education, and economic research.

Standards
How we maintain programme quality.
Every programme at Silverpine is subject to the same standards of preparation, delivery, and review.
Annual Curriculum Review
Programme content is reviewed at least once a year and updated to reflect changes in Singapore's regulatory environment, CPF policies, and local market conditions.
Data Protection Compliance
All participant data is handled in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). No personal financial information is stored beyond programme completion.
Participant Feedback Loops
Structured feedback is collected at the end of each programme. Findings are reviewed by the curriculum team and inform any adjustments to content or delivery.
No Conflicts of Interest
Silverpine maintains a strict separation from product distribution. Educators are not incentivised or affiliated with any financial product or service provider.
Group Size Management
We cap group sizes to ensure each participant has adequate time with the educator. Intakes are managed carefully so the learning environment remains conversational and responsive.
Clear Programme Terms
All programme fees, inclusions, and conditions are communicated transparently before enrolment. There are no hidden fees or obligations beyond what is agreed at the start.
Our Approach
Financial education for the long term — not just for the moment.
Singapore's financial landscape is distinct. CPF structures, the prevalence of HDB financing decisions, a sophisticated investment market, and a relatively high cost of living all shape the financial choices that residents face. Generic financial content — much of which is produced for other markets — rarely addresses these specifics in adequate depth.
At Silverpine, the curriculum is built with Singapore in mind. Educators draw on local regulatory frameworks, domestic market data, and real scenarios that participants can immediately relate to. The aim is not to produce participants who can pass an exam, but to produce individuals who leave with a working understanding of their own financial situation and the tools to manage it with confidence.
We work across a range of participant backgrounds — young professionals structuring their first budgets, mid-career individuals navigating investment decisions, and families or couples planning for the long term. Across all groups, the tone is consistent: measured, clear, and free of the pressure that so often accompanies financial conversations.
