- You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under applicable Singapore law.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not register for or participate in any Silverpine programme.
3. Service Description
Silverpine provides structured financial education programmes delivered in person at our premises at 6 Battery Road, #38-07, Singapore 049909. Our programmes are designed for educational purposes and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services under the Securities and Futures Act or the Financial Advisers Act.
Programmes are available to residents and individuals based in Singapore. Silverpine reserves the right to limit availability based on programme capacity and enrolment requirements.
Sessions are conducted in English. Session times and schedules are confirmed upon enrolment and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Enrolment and Registration
Enrolment in a programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute enrolment. Silverpine will communicate programme intake dates, confirmed session times, and joining instructions by email following payment.
Silverpine reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment at its discretion, in which case any fees paid will be refunded in full.
Minimum group sizes apply to each programme. If a minimum is not met for a scheduled intake, Silverpine may defer the start date or offer participants a place in a subsequent intake.
5. Payment Terms
Fees for each programme are as follows:
- Personal Finance Foundations: SGD 350 per participant
- Capital Markets Orientation: SGD 960 per participant
- Strategic Life Planning: SGD 2,580 per participant
All fees are inclusive of programme materials unless otherwise stated. Fees are payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Silverpine accepts payment by bank transfer and major credit cards. For Strategic Life Planning, a staged payment arrangement may be available — please enquire at the time of registration.
Fees are non-refundable except as set out in section 6 below. SkillsFuture credit may be applicable to eligible programmes; participants are responsible for verifying eligibility and managing their own credit applications.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Participants who wish to withdraw from a programme must notify Silverpine in writing to [email protected]. The following policy applies:
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the first session: full refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the first session: 50% refund of fees paid.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session, or after the programme has commenced: no refund.
If Silverpine cancels a programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. Silverpine is not liable for any other costs or losses arising from such cancellation.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Attend sessions punctually and engage respectfully with educators and other participants.
- Maintain the confidentiality of any personal financial information shared by other participants during group discussions.
- Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without the prior written consent of Silverpine.
- Use all provided materials for personal learning purposes only.
- Conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the learning environment.
Silverpine reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if they engage in conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, content, frameworks, workbooks, slides, and any other resources provided by Silverpine are the intellectual property of Silverpine. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal educational purposes only.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any Silverpine materials without prior written permission. This restriction applies both during and after programme participation.
9. Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
Silverpine is a financial education provider. Nothing in our programmes, materials, or communications constitutes personalised financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or regulated financial services of any kind. The content of our programmes is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Participants are responsible for all financial decisions they make. Silverpine does not guarantee any financial outcomes resulting from participation in its programmes. Past discussion of financial instruments or strategies does not imply future performance or suitability for any individual's circumstances.
For personalised financial advice, participants should consult a licensed financial adviser in Singapore.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Silverpine's total liability to a participant in connection with any programme or these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by that participant for the relevant programme.
Silverpine is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from participation in a programme or use of programme materials.
Silverpine is not responsible for the accuracy of any information shared by participants during sessions, nor for any decisions made by participants based on such information.
11. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silverpine, its educators, staff, and contractors from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their breach of these terms, their conduct during programmes, or their misuse of programme materials.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Silverpine collects and processes personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Details of how we handle personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy. By registering for a programme, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
13. Termination
Silverpine may terminate a participant's enrolment with immediate effect if that participant breaches any material term of this Agreement. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy set out in section 6.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination of this Agreement.
14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be subject to an informal resolution process — participants are encouraged to contact Silverpine at [email protected] before escalating any matter.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents Silverpine from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a Singapore court.
15. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Silverpine and the participant in respect of programme participation and supersede all prior representations or understandings.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
Silverpine's failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in future.
These terms may not be assigned by participants without Silverpine's prior written consent.
16. Changes to These Terms
Silverpine may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered participants or published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued participation in a programme following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
